These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Vicky`s Jumps. By ordering via telephone, email, messenger and/or registering online via our website you automatically agree to be bound by them. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this page.
All Jumps remain the property of Vicky's Jumps until full payment is received, all jumps must be paid for in full before collection, when delivery is required full payment and delivery charge will need to be paid no later than 24 hours prior to delivery day.
Bespoke items which we don’t stock will need to be paid for in full upon placing the order, this includes bespoke colours.
All orders must be collected within 7 days of being notified they are ready, unless an agreed arrangement is made with Vicky, failure to do this will mean the jumps go into storage and will incur storage costs.
Any competition winners will need to collect within 7 days of being notified they are ready, failure to do this or make prior arrangements with Vicky to collect at a later date will mean the competition will be done again.
Deposits are not refundable, All vouchers are valid for 12 months.
PLEASE NOTE I DO SOME NOVELTY JUMPS WHICH CONTAIN RUBBER / LATEX
UNFORTUNATELY ALTHOUGH I DO SOURCE THE BEST QUALITY WOOD, POLES SOMETIMES HAVE SPLITS IN THEM AND MINOR BENDS WHICH IS NATURAL AND THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE STRENGTH OF THE POLE, THIS INCLUDES POLES IN BED FRAMES.
PAINT COLOURS MAY VARY SLIGHTLY IN SHADE.
PLEASE NOTE JUMPS MAY VARY FROM PICTURES IF NOT MADE TO SAME SIZE OR LENGTH.
PLEASE STATE UPON ORDERING IF YOU REQUIRE OUR HEAVY DUTY OPTIONS IN ANY OF OUR CROSS COUNTRY/ SKINNIES AND ARENA EVENTING FENCES, THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WHEN HIRING OUT FOR INSURANCE REASONS ALSO IF YOU INTEND TO MOVE THEM AROUND.

ALL X-COUNTRY JUMPS SHOULD BE ANCHORED DOWN FOR SAFETY REASONS WITH THE CORRECT ANCHORS.
ALL BARE WOOD/ RUSTIC JUMPS ARE MADE WITH TREATED TIMBER BUT THESE SHOULD BE MAINTAINED BY CREOCOTING / WOOD PRESERVE TREATMENT EVERY AUTUMN,
THIS WILL HELP PREVENT DRYING OUT AND SPLITTING OF THE WOOD AND ULTIMATELY MAKE YOUR JUMPS LAST LONGER.
IF YOU FIND ANY ISSUES WITH ANY JUMPS PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE TRYING TO FIX YOURSELF AS THIS CAN VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND MAKE FIXING MORE DIFFICULT
